Are you incorporated?
Yes, Pure4K is incorporated as Pure4K Inc. in 2024 in the city of Toronto and the owner is always been Michael Gionet, the business is still active in current standings.
Is Pure4k a business or just one person?
The fact is Pure4K is owned and operated mostly by Michael Gionet with additional teams brought it when the occassion needs thus keeping overhead and expenses as low as possible.
Do you have any references?
Absolutely and in every genre of service we provide, as it's only after having been in business for other people so long was Pure4K started, capitlizing on decades of hard work and networking acheived.
What if I'm not in Toronto?
Absolutely everything we do can be done virtually, so yes. Pure4K currently has clients all over much of Canada and a few in the US for which we do their various Content Management duties, it's very convenient.
What forms of payment do you take?
Most clients pay online these days with the most convenient way to accomodate this is Interac (E-Transfer or Debit) which is what we prefer, with our regular clients using automatic debit for convenience.
Do you have an HST number for taxes?
Yes, we include our HST number for your tax accounting and business purposes on all our Invoices, but is also available upon request for any prospective clients.

What is your prices?
It varies by the services we provide, but most of our services are only $25hr + tax, but specialty services like Videography are $100hr + tax. Deals and packages are available to keep our pricing extremely practical.
How is your pricing structured?
This is important because most work, unless you're a previous client, requires a deposit before any work can be started so it's important to know as it ranges from a 50% deposit upwords.
Do you offer any deals or packages?
Yes. Although it's tough to predict the deals our clients would need or use, we do package pricing which essentially maximizes our doing more for you into you getting more value.
Do you have a satisfaction policy?
We offer a deal where we won't get fully paid until you're completely satisfied and would recommend us to your friends and colleagues, because that's the true heart of this industry.
How long after the project is complete will we accept final payment?
There's one thing we cannot accept is a delay in final payment, because that incentives abuse which is too tempting these days, thus we can only deliver the final product upon final payment.

Yes, I was one of the founding members of a Warner Music Canada group called Harem Scarem and recorded 3 studio albums, 2 acoustic recordings, a couple of Live Videos, many Music Vides and tours.
Michael earned a Green Card to live in LA for 10 years.
At the end of Michael's musical career in Canada was winding up, an opportunity was available with his longtime partner to live and work as H1 Specialty Work Visa thus lived and worked in Los Angeles for 10 years.
Michael is credited on documentaries aired on TSN and CNN.
That's correct, while in LA, Michael co-founded Aboriginal Music LLC which produced 2 full-length documentaries (one on naval sonar killing whales and the other on illegal street racing in LA) for which Michael either produced or composed the music.
Michael was a child prodigy in music.
Michael has relative pitch, natural rythym and turned pro as a Musician at age 13, continued earning paying gigs which turned into teaching by age 15 at a local music store, which eventually evolved into a career.
Michael has an impressive list of celebrities he's worked with.
Tom Hardy, Susan Sarandon, Melissa McCarthey, Lee Majors, Pierce Brosnon, Keanu Reeves, Slash (Guns and Roses), Pharell, Keegan Michael Key, Emily Blunt, Stevie Wonder, the 90210 cast, Elliot Smith, Jamie Foxx and many more.

That's correct, since being back in Canada from having lived in the United States, he kept business options and prospects open for travel to and from the US, so easy border crossings.
